About Brenden D. Jackson

Brenden D. Jackson, CPEC, is the Founder and CEO of PADAMA Enterprises LLC, a purpose-driven company focused on leadership development, coaching, AI consulting, and community impact. Through PADAMA Coaching Services, he provides personal and executive coaching, workshops, and leadership development programs that help professionals and organizations strengthen clarity, confidence, accountability, emotional intelligence, and relational influence.

Brenden is a Certified Personal & Executive Coach, John Maxwell Certified Coach, Speaker and Trainer, EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 certified practitioner, and Certified AI Consultant. He is also a New York State-licensed real estate professional and REALTOR® who specializes in helping brokers, team leaders, and agents address Agent Drift, strengthen leadership systems, and improve accountability and performance. His philosophy, “Leadership Powered by Relationships,” reflects his belief that lasting influence is built through trust, connection, and intentional communication—not authority or titles alone.

Before founding PADAMA Enterprises, Brenden served as Director of Constituent Affairs in the Office of New York City Council Speaker Adrienne E. Adams. He led a seven-person team serving more than 150,000 residents and coordinated complex matters involving over 20 government agencies and community partners. Under his leadership, the office reduced response times by approximately 40% and resolved more than 80% of constituent matters within seven days.

Brenden is also a speaker and the author of Put a Pin in It: Turning Life’s Setbacks into Momentum and Career Crossroads: Alignment Strategies for Real Estate Professionals Ready for Change. His work explores leadership, resilience, accountability, relationships, career alignment, and personal transformation.

A lifelong resident of Southeast Queens, Brenden earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University. He serves as Treasurer of the NAACP Jamaica Branch and remains active in Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., Prince Hall Masonry, and Hollis Avenue Congregational Church. He and his wife, Geraldine, have been married since 2003 and are the proud parents of Payton, Damon, and Matthew.

Brenden remains committed to helping people move from uncertainty to clarity, from intention to action, and from authority-based leadership to influence powered by relationships.

A proud lifelong resident of Southeast Queens (Hollis), Brenden’s story is one of service that began at home.

He is a graduate of Jamaica High School (1994) and earned his BBA from Temple University (1998). His life’s work has always reflected his belief that leadership is not about position — it’s about people.

For more than two decades, Brenden has shared his life with his wife, Geraldine, and together they’ve raised three incredible children — Payton (22), Damon (20), and Matthew (20).
