About Brenden D. Jackson
Brenden D. Jackson currently serves as the Director of Constituent Affairs with the New York City Council, Office of the Council Speaker, where he leads efforts to ensure every resident has equitable access to city resources and support. His work centers on what he believes to be the foundation of leadership — empathy, responsiveness, and the relentless pursuit of service.
In this role, Brenden oversees district-level constituent services, resolves quality-of-life challenges, and empowers New Yorkers to navigate government systems with dignity and clarity. His leadership is recognized citywide for its compassion, integrity, and unwavering dedication to the people of Queens.

A proud lifelong resident of Southeast Queens (Hollis), Brenden’s story is one of service that began at home.
He is a graduate of Jamaica High School (1994) and earned his BBA from Temple University (1998). His life’s work has always reflected his belief that leadership is not about position — it’s about people.
